Danielle takes a strengths-based approach and is passionate about supporting people to overcome difficulties, achieve the transformation they are hoping for, and to flourish in their daily lives.

Danielle is a registered clinical psychologist with a Doctorate from the University of Auckland. She has experience working primarily with adults in community mental health services.

Danielle uses a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to best serve the needs and strengths of her clients and to support them to achieve their therapy goals. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. 

Danielle takes a strengths-based approach and is committed to providing a safe and transformative space for people to share and explore what concerns them. She works collaboratively to establish shared understanding of problems, therapeutic directions, and therapy goals. She aims to help people to make sense of their difficulties and develop practical and effective skills to work through and overcome them, heal, transform, and flourish. Her therapeutic style is compassionate, holistic, and integrative.
