Steady in Uncertain Times (Free Micro Course)

For: Anyone experiencing anxiety related to climate change, unpredictable weather, or general uncertainty.
What it includes: Short lessons, practical tools for managing anxious thoughts, calming the body, and building personal and collective resilience.

Who it’s useful for: workplaces, youth groups, schools, community hubs, libraries, GPs and allied health providers, local councils, emergency preparedness teams.


Child Anxiety (Free Micro Course)

For: Parents, caregivers, teachers, and anyone supporting anxious tamariki.

For: Adults wanting evidence‑informed tools to reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build confidence.
