With over a decade of experience in population health, workplace wellbeing, and organisational development, Alice understands the profound impact that work and life pressures can have on mental health. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring support to each person’s unique needs. Her practice draws on evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). She also incorporates psychodynamic and family systems approaches to explore underlying patterns and relational dynamics.
