Clare is a registered clinical psychologist with a Doctorate from the University of Auckland. She grew up in Tamaki Makauarau-Auckland. Clare works from a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental stance. She aims to provide a welcoming, warm and safe therapeutic space. She uses evidence-based practice to work together toward her clients’ therapy goals. She is passionate about finding strengths and working to see her clients live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Clare has trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness. She also integrates techniques from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Schema Therapy as suited to clients’ goals. She works with adults and teenagers.
