With a background in counselling, social work, and education, Dharshi has extensive experience supporting children and young people, particularly in emotional regulation, developmental needs, and behavioural support. Drawing from her experience working in a women’s refuge, she also has a special interest in supporting adult women to navigate life transitions, emotional healing, and personal growth. Dharshi takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach, tailoring support to each individual’s needs. Trained in mindfulness facilitation and somatic practices, she integrates these into her work to support well-being at both a psychological and physiological level.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, an Honours degree in Counselling Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Counselling to deepen her expertise in pluralistic practice.
Driven by a vision of equitable, compassionate, and holistic mental health care, Dharshi is committed to making a lasting impact in the communities she serves, supporting individuals to reconnect with themselves and achieve their well-being goals.
