About Jodie

Passionate about supporting adults aged 20 and older, Jodie works with people and whānau living with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, and existential concerns. She is deeply committed to cultural sensitivity and creating a safe, inclusive environment where clients can explore challenges, embrace their identities, and build resilience and personal growth.

Jodie’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Written Exposure Therapy, Internal Family Systems and mindfulness techniques. She also integrates holistic frameworks to promote overall wellbeing.

Jodie’s warm, person-centred, and solutions-focused style empowers clients to connect with their values, identify obstacles, explore solutions, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. Her approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
