Sarah has worked with Anxiety New Zealand in a number of roles over the last 10 years including working on the helpline. She has a background in Population Health and Epidemiology (BHSc), Public Sector Leadership (PGDip), Business Admin (PGDip) and has completed an MBA in 2018. She combines knowledge of leadership, health systems, policy and management into the mental health arena. She views her lived experience as a family/whānau supporter as a strength that informs her work on a daily basis. She is passionate about removing barriers to mental health support and mental health education in the community.
