Tammy is a pluralistic practitioner who takes a people-centred approach to therapy, grounded in a strengths-based perspective. She brings experience supporting wāhine affected by domestic and sexual violence, and has also worked alongside rangatahi in school settings, providing compassionate and culturally aware support.
At the heart of Tammy’s practice is a belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. She is committed to fostering empowerment through collaboration, walking alongside individuals as they navigate their unique paths toward wellbeing.
Tammy is currently studying counselling at the University of Auckland and is deeply dedicated to building a therapeutic environment that is non-judgmental, inclusive, and respectful. She strives to ensure her practice remains culturally safe and responsive to the diverse experiences of those she works with.
