Tania is a mental health clinician and behaviour specialist with experience supporting neurodivergent clients and individuals navigating a wide range of mental health and wellbeing challenges.
She brings together training in psychology, counselling, behavioural analysis, and holistic wellbeing to create a supportive, collaborative space for her clients. Tania weaves together evidence-based approaches - including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) - with creative modalities such as art and play therapy, mindfulness, and sensory-based techniques. Each plan is tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and preferences of the individual or family she works with.
Tania adopts a neurodiversity-affirming lens and has extensive experience supporting autistic and ADHD clients. She works with children aged six and up, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Her areas of focus include anxiety, OCD, identity and self-exploration, relational challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, and behavioural complexities.
Tania is committed to fostering an authentic, safe, and grounded therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.
