New Micro-Course Coming Soon: Steady in Uncertain Times
We’re excited to share an upcoming micro-course designed to support you through the uncertainty many of us are feeling right now. Steady in Uncertain Times is a short, practical course that helps you understand anxiety—especially eco-anxiety, weather-related stress, and the unease that can come with today’s unpredictable world.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by climate news, uneasy during extreme weather, or just “on edge” more often than you’d like, this course was created with you in mind.
Special thanks to: Community Wellbeing Fund - Auckland Council for funding this resource, to the Anxiety NZ Team for the creation of this course, and to Goldie Hamilton from Gold Tree Therapy as the reviewing psychologist.

How to support yourself and others through stress and uncertainty
