Fundraising Coordinator Role

We are looking for a fundraiser to start in 2025

Are you passionate about securing grants and building impactful relationships? If so, we want to hear from you! Anxiety NZ is looking for a dedicated Fundraiser to join our small but dynamic team in early 2025.

Position Details:  

Hours: 20 hours per week (with hybrid working options)  

Type: Permanent  

Salary: $70-80k pro rata  

Location: Hybrid - at our clinic in St Lukes, Auckland, from home option available

At Anxiety NZ, we have been committed to promoting mental health and well-being across Aotearoa since 1980. Through our free 24/7 national 0800 Anxiety Helpline, community education, clinical services, and peer support groups, we provide essential support to those in need. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Programme Manager, CEO, Communications Specialist, Helpline Manager, and reception team. You will take ownership of our established grants and trusts applications and oversee reporting processes.  You'll also be working with regional volunteers to support local projects to help us grow and solidify our regional presence. and demonstrate impact to funders. You will also work with our comms person to ensure that funder recognition guidelines are adhered to and create our annual case for support.

What We’re Looking For:  

  • A minimum of four years of fundraising experience  

  • Proven skills in grant writing and accountability reporting (essential)  

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
